Jacksonville Beach Approves Short-Term Vacation Rental Legislation

On September 16, 2019, the Jacksonville Beach City Council approved legislation to regulate the operation of short-term vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach. With over 400 short-term vacation rentals operating in Jacksonville Beach, this legislation will ensure these businesses are properly registered, they are paying the necessary taxes and fees, the properties are providing sufficient parking and their business operations are not negatively impacting the neighboring homes.
